SMS Consent Policy

At Lift Optics, customers may opt in to receive SMS messages through a verbal consent process.

Before sending any text messages, we clearly explain that messages may include job status updates, order notifications, and other lab-related communications.

We use the following verbal consent script:

“Hi, this is Lift Optics. We’d like your permission to send you text messages regarding job status updates, order notifications, and lab communications.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

You can reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for assistance.

Your consent is not required as a condition of purchase.

Do you agree to receive these text messages from Lift Optics?”

We only send SMS messages after the customer gives explicit verbal consent. Consent is documented and stored internally.
